Land Surveyors are in high demand and we are here to help you find your path in this historic profession. 

We work to promote educational, scientific, and charitable activities in the fields of surveying, mapping, and land information sciences. 

LSAW provides a means to keep our members informed of changes in laws, regulations, and rapidly changing technology. We work together to protect the principles and practices upon which surveying was founded.

Surveying and Geomatics professionals measure and map the surface of the earth, airspace, waterways and establish official boundaries in land while using the latest software, satellite, sonar, 3D scanning and drone technology. 

Yakima Valley College’s AAS degree in Land Survey & construction design Technology and Certificate in Land Surveying offers a comprehensive curriculum in topographic drafting, surveying, geographic information systems and surveying law. 

Get Kids into Survey began in 2017 by Elaine Ball Ltd with the creation of the first GKiS poster – a fun resource for the survey community to share with their children in order to help them understand what their parents did at work.
